Refund policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Special Package and Service gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the certificate will be converted to the remaining value based on the date of purchase.

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift certificates must be presented for redemption.

Gift certificates will be cancelled without notice if payment has been denied or reversed at anytime by the financial institution.

Products purchases are final, no returns or exchanges.
